This Ryujin Hatamoto Series Youth Katana is made for Iaito training. We used 1060 Carbon Steel to create a differentially hardened Shinogi Zukuri blade. The Tsuba is made using 1045 carbon steel. The handle has real ray skin. The Saya is made of wood and painted to give it a nice matte gloss finish.
