Beard Oil Conditioner - 1 Oz Convenient Pump Top, 100% Natural Ingredients, Easy Beard Maintenance and Grooming

I would like to sTart off by saying that this product smells very good. The only issue I have with it is that when I got it, there seems to be oil leaking from some part of the bottle but I can't find where. That makes it to where every time the bottle is touched, your hands are now covered with oil. Not quite sure if it's leaking or just something from production but if it is leaking I question how long the product will actually last...UPDATE; shortly after I wrote this, the owner of the product contacted me via email and let me know that a new bottle was on its way and that I should receive it 3/4/15, and I actually received it today (3/2/15). I'm adding a star for prompt customer service.

So far the oil has been working well. Smell is nice and not overpowering. Even after only a few days I feel that my beard and face is not as dry as it was.However, my bottle came out of the packaging already leaking. I thought (hoped) it had just leaked a bit out the side during shipping, but after cleaning it up it continues to leak. Every time I pick it up I have to wipe up a pool of oil. Not sure if the internal bottle is broken (it is encased in the faux wood bottle so it is hard to tell) or if there is just a lot of oil that spilled internally that continues to leak out. Either way, it is kind of a mess and a waste.Update: Within 12 hours of writing the above review the owner emailed me with a refund and shipped a new bottle, which is great. I have revised my review from 2 stars to 4 stars because despite the minor issue I encountered the company quickly resolved the issue. As long as the new bottle comes in good condition I will likely order again and would recommend this product to others.

I wanted to wait a few days to use the product before I submitted my review. The shipping and packaging was adequate and timely. The Bamboo on the bottle (cap) had a slight crack in it, but it does not affect the usefulness of the cap or the aesthetics. The product packaging is sharp, and well designed, making it an attractive gift for bearded friends.I'm now on my fourth day using the beard oil. It has helped greatly in softening my beard and the dry patches of skin under the beard are almost non existent now. Beard dander seems to have cleared up as well, a pleasant side affect of the dry patches disappearing.The smell... from the bottle it has a strong citrus and light sandalwood smell. The citrus dissipates very quickly and the sandalwood is hardly noticeable even on my mustache.

The only thing I liked about this product was the name "Badass beard oil." I returned it because the packaging leaked, the top came off, and altogether it was a disappointing product. I wanted to like it, but when I think of how much I paid, it was definitely not a good value.

I initially rated this oil 3 stars. What a fool I was. Being green in all things beard oil, I had no clue how amazing this oil really is.Buy this oil is all I can say. After thinking I ran out, I tried to use it again after ordering some other beard oils, which really disappointed after using this one. The scentless aspect of the conditioner is really a plus, most beard oils that are scented, smell really bad from my experiences.Not only is the scentless a plus, this is the only beard oil I've owned that has noticeably conditioned my beard, and gave me better control. I'll be buying this again and again

Worked good. Never used another Beard conditioner so I have nothing to compare it to.

Did absolutely nothing but get my hands greasy.

Good stuff. Like the smell.
