These cartridges work perfectly on my HP printer. The important thing to remember is to follow the instructions and turn off the HP software cartridge protection after you install them. Without turning that off, HP will eventually cause all non-HP cartridges to not work. The print quality is just as good and at a much cheaper price.

I love this ink I'm a customer for life, I'm a teacher and a crafter I print a lot of things out and boy oh boy can I run through ink fast and it's not cheap, I found this one it's bigger than the ordinary one's and holds a lot more ink, I couldn't believe how long it lasted I got so many more copies out of this cartridge than any I ever bought before, the color is amazing, the black looks great also not faded looking or smeary looking, I highly recommend this product to any one who prints anything, I just bought me a new one I thought it would never run out lol.

I was initially very pleased with my order. Everything worked well until a day ago. Then my color cartridge would not work. The computer kept telling me it needed to be re-installed. I did that multiple times but it still didn't work. The ink level showed zero ink in the color one but the black cartridge showed 3/4 full which the color one should have shown also. Something went wrong with the new chip that they put in the remanufactured cartridges. I had to go to Walmart and purchase a new one as my return time had expired by one day. My try them one more time but disappointed on this first time purchase. .....UPDATE #2......After my first update I was contacted by the company and was offered a refund or a replacement on my color cartridge that went bad 1/3 of the way through. They offered me this even after the return time had expired. How many times do companies do that?? I chose the replacement as I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and also because the black cartridge is working perfectly. I believe that color one was an anomaly. I even ordered ANOTHER set from them. If these cartridges are as good as their customer service and integrity ( which I think they are) they can out me on their permanent customer list.

I put the two cartridges into printer. After the printer did it's thing, it looked like it was going to print and then I got the message that said that there seems to be "no ink cartridges in machine". This is not my first "ink cartridge" replacement. I tried everything, and no printing. Since I can't print an Amazon return sheet for this product, into the garbage it went. Nice packaging, though. The best part of the purchase.
