Q: For panzer iv ausf.j or panther ausf.g? listing mentions both which can't be, looks to be for panther.

The one shown can only be used for the Panther A. I have used the panzer iv ausf. J and liked it. I have ordered the Panther A but it hasn't come yet. I hope this helps.

Q: Can i put this after final model build and Paint job? or must be done earlier than Paint and Finish?

Zimmerit was applied at the factory. This should be applied prior to painting and finishes. Hope that helps.

Very happy with product, not so much with the packaging

Was happy with the product but it showed up sort of folded over. Should’ve been sent flat in a larger envelope

Very disappointed!

This Zimmerit add-on did not line up with the Tamiya Panther kit at all. Didn't stick very well either, wound up using lots of super glue on the edges, especially on the turret. Better Zimmerit kits out there for a little more money.

Easy Zimmerit

These stickers provide an easy zimmerit effect that is easy to apply. However, the detail may be a little less defined for some people's taste and I would recommend super gluing down fine ends around difficult curves, since the adhesive is rather weak. This allows for easy resets, but is difficult to tack down certain ends.

It came folded

The whole things came folded in half which put a permanent crease down the center... Kinda ruins the use of it TBH, otherwise this would be a great lil product...

Disappointing addition to the Tamiya Panther model, which in itself is poor also!

For a stick on coating the panels do NOT line up with the Tamiya Panther 1/35 Model kits. This sad excuse for a detailed model could pass as a poor snap together kit and it's not. It would be wise for the Zimment coating designers to refer the model for dimensions, but they didn't here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
