Asian sizes, of course, but VERY dapper if you're a slender young man.
I purchased this as a gift for my tall, slender younger brother. I estimated he might need an XL in Asian sizes for the length, but it was much too big around. He's built almost like Jack Skellington. Had no problem exchanging it for a L through Prime shipping. It's a very nice looking vest; the fabric has a pleasing texture.

Bought this for sons homcoming. He wears a small in the department store vests, but I ordered a large based on other teviees. The large fit him nice. The only downside is the buttons were cheapy plastic and we ditched the gold chain. But for a one time wear, it worked great for the price. Department store were average $50-60.

Great for costume!
Thanks to the helpful reviews! I can only fit small clothing, but I ordered this in a Large. It fits great! Goes great for my steampunk costume and for casual dress wear

Way too small
Chest size is ~45 inches. Got XL to compensate since the size chart right next to the size drop down list said XL was between 46-48. Not even close. There's at least a 3 inch gap just to close the thing. The buttons also feel like they're about to pop out after one or two uses.

Order 2 sizes larger than you would normally wear and you should get an okay fit. I might even recommend ordering 3 sizes larger because the adjustable strap can compensate for an oversize. There is no compensation for undersized vests and return shipping cost makes this product not worth returning.
