I had a really bad experience with this product. No doubt, it's a great looking one with knobs working fine. It's very easy to clean and maintain.When I started using it, the utensil stands (the black iron rods), became all sticky at the edges and came off whenever I took the utensils from them, along with them. I guess it melted a bit and damaged the base of some of my utensils.But that issue resolved by itself in 2 days.Next issue that happened was bad. When I placed any lightly heavy utensil over the left-side burner, the metal that circles the burner catched fire and the fire would lit up more, and it smelt of burning metal. It was really scary. I couldn't use the left burner for a long time.As I started using the product many days after I bought it, Amazon didn't accept my return request and that's understood. I had to contact the See Way people and they were lazy AF. I had to follow up for complete 2 weeks. Finally someone came and did some screw-tightening kind of this at the bottom and went away saying call me if the problem continues.And, miracle...problem solved after that.I wouldn't recommend buying such sensitive things online. You have to see and test physically at a store because this may cost lives.

Please don't buy this product ,with in three days the first burner steel plate became black by getting fire from the base of the burner, it is making variety of sounds from the burner and steel plate ,the paint has gone, the glass top is getting very much heat
