Nice Product Would Purchase Again.
I liked the entire product. Only one issue, after starting work and opening all parts bags, I was short one (1) Lag. Not a big deal and not a show a stopper, but none the less count your parts. I've built many things in the past and have always used lags, so I always have some on hand from prior projects. So, if you don't have plenty spare parts about, check everything.

Great product. Check your studs. Use a header.
Purchased two kits. All materials were made well. There were a few dings in the paint but I just rattle canned them with some black matte Rustoleum paint and they were good as new. Only recommendation is always use a header. My studs were not 16 on center (old house). So I used a 1x6 header which I cut at 76” to give 2” on each side of track.Had a question and contacted the company by phone. Surprised when a real person answered and was very helpful.Great product! Quiet roll too!

The door kit is perfect. We had a piece missing from the box. We contacted Vancleef and they ship the part overnight to us. Excellent company with good customer service

Nice product, fair price.
Ordered the product 3 weeks before needing it (trying to plan ahead). When I opened the box, realized parts were missing - called and they sent out spacers the next day. Good service, nice peeps. The product itself is very good, sturdy.

4 inch lag bolts are 2 short for a strong anchor.
Very poorly packaged. Box was ripped open in 3 places. 2 of the pieces are bent....hopefully not so much they can't be used.

Pay attention to the clearance recommendation!
Love how this looks in our bedroom! My boyfriend did the project alone with very little help from me. The instructions about needed clearance is a real thing... we had to modify the project slightly.
