Vossen Exclusive Shower Mat, Brown Sugar, 55x65 cm

These are nice quality but they are quite expensive. They are good for a hard floor as they have a rubbery backing and I bought these as an exact match for the previous ones which had perished after about 5 years.

It's strange - we started to use it more than 6 month ago, several times washed, but steel "looses" the fur. Everywhere in the flat we find dark red peaces from the shower mat. Nothing helps. We expected a higher quality from Vossen. The same situation happened with our towels (same color, same brand). What to buy better than Vossen if the produce this quality?

Thought this was a great find - lovely quality pile, not overly fussy design & just the right size for our small bathroom - but now, having washed it a grand total of four times (in accordance with the washing instructions) the non-slip backing has changed colour from off white to purple. Thought nothing of this but, lo and behold, after having lain in its usual place for one whole week it has irreparably stained our 5 month old, white vinyl flooring.Now I have a lovely faint purple square and an even lovelier set of darker purple footprints (where everyone pauses in front of the sink) on an otherwise pristine white floor. I've covered this over with a cheap supermarket bathmat that's really too large, but does the job without ruining my flooring (take note Vossen!)Avoid this product! Unless you're prepared to never wash this mat or you're willing to take the chance that it won't stain your flooring if you ever do.Spending £27 on a showermat does not guarantee quality.

Lovely thick cotton pile and sensible latex/rubber backing to prevent any slippage. Was looking for a long time to replace current worn ones - so bought two!
