Great device, takes some time to learn software
Great device. These work really well for serial devices. It takes a little time to understand the nomenclature, but it is set up very well. Can easily connect up to 4 serial devices via 232, 485, etc. Thank you!

The product works fine but software is buggy
It's works fine when it works. However after some time one can't telnet to serial port. It becomes unresponsive. One cans till ping to main IP address. Power cycling fixes it but it ends up in same state after some time. Hardware wise it's well designed and built product and very economical in comparison to MOXA but software is buggy. Returned.

Impossible to configure!
Good luck with this! I wish I had not bothered with it. no instructions, unhelpful web site, nothing on youtube. TRASH.
