Q: Can you indicate what size each of these buttons packets are in inches?

The product description says 3/4ths. of an inch.

Q: Will these work with upholstery fabric?

Depends on the thickness of the upholstery fabric. I have used them on thin pieces... Keep in mind they do not have a shank on the back for sewing. So I hot glued a real flat button to the back that had a shank for sewing them on.

Q: What size buttons would i need to get if i want to fit them into a 1 inch bezel?

Not sure what a bezel is but the #36 is 7/8" in diameter.
