Bosch 2609255427 200mm Masonry Drill Bit with Diameter 6mm

I bough three of these drill bits to drill 50 mm holes in old bricks. The first drill bit expired after one hole. The others faired little better! Complete waste of money and I thought Bosch was supposed to be good. This is what happens when even the "good" companies contract out manufacturing to the Chinese! This set back my project by a week! And I will never trust Bosch again!

Proper drill bit – though I’m only using them for personal use in- and around the house, this masonry drill bit mostly with my heavy cord-powered drill tool. It’s probably good quality for money though I find the these single drill bits annoyingly expensive – yet I buy them to make my Bosch set complete and sharp again. My previous Bosch 6 mm drill bit lost it's hardened tip when drilling through a particularly nasty set of tiles and bricks. ..

Purchased this item to drill through single garage wall to feed through electrical cable but drill broke at the end hence the three stars, I would have given it less but it got most of the way through the wall before it broke and I was able to finish the hole with a screwdriver

Needed a longer drill bit to go through a cavity wall, decided to pay a Little more and glad I did. Compared to my old no name brand, this thing goes through walls with ease. Used with a battery drill, and was no effort

Excellent for making holes through the wall of your house that you want to pass 13A or armoured Cat 6 cables through, gives a snug fit and should go through most modern-build brick walled houses.

The drill bit would wobble when used. I spent ages adjusting the drill bit in in the drill bit until I realized the bit was a little bent. Manage to drill through the wall by using another drill bit first and then using this one. I wouldn't buy another one like this

Does the job and drilled masonary well. Did show a bit of wear but that's expected
