Ice packs. Ice packs are part of my chronic migraine treatment. They get strapped to my forehead or the back of my head or neck.I have really struggled to find good ones. Good ones hold cold for around an hour or longer, and they aren't too big, too small, or too heavy.These are good ice packs.I purchased the A-pack size. I bought 4 of them. They arrived well packaged.I use them in my "ice it cold comfort therapy" strap. Which I love because it's much easier to swap out the ice packs vs other brands (and easy is important when I'm down with migraines).I am thrilled I can just buy the refill packs instead of buying the whole system strap. Since I only need a couple straps, and tons of the ice packs to swap out during a bad migraine day.I love these! I've tried many a ice pack over the years. And I have my favorites. I highly recommend these.
