Delighted with this product it has given me peace of mind with my 91 yr old mum at night .thank you

The house, a mid-terrace is over three levels. The objective was to have the receiver on the top level and the pendants working from anywhere else. First Placement in the middle large room on the top level and the pendants did not work anywhere on the other two levels. Moved the receiver (flat) to a windowsill at the top of the stairs up to the top level and could get it to work sometimes from the bottom of the stairs from middle to top level. At bottom of the stairs from ground level to middle level did not work at all. From the top of those stairs maybe 1 in 10 pushes on the pendant would work. Would not work in any of the rooms on the middle and ground levels and in not many places on the top level. I tried placing the receiver vertically, did not help. I checked both pendants were paired, they were (tested them from <1m away). Replaced batteries in the receiver twice including a set of Duracells purchased a few days beforehand. No significant improvement. Contacted the supplier via the website - still awaiting a reply. Wi-fi 2.4g and 5g works from router on top-level into all rooms but down to 2 or 3 out of 5 bars on the smartphone or tablet in the farthest corner from the router on the lowest (ground) floor. House is of traditional construction internally and for the external walls.

This is a very handy because it’s battery I can take it out side whith me a peace of mind for me if my wife needs me being her carer I need to know she is ok very handy

Very easy to set up and use. Helps my husband summon assistance when I am in another part of the house.

If I could rate it no stars, I would it’s cheap nasty product that doesn’t work and when you think you only need it in an emergency, then it’s positively dangerous and could cost lives I’m returning it
