Perfect! Holds as much as if not more than a suitcase-style carry-on, but can be mushed down a bit to fit into smaller overhead bins. Side panel made it easy to take laptop out for security without unpacking the whole bag. Wheels work well, and bag is sturdy enough when full. Could fit under seat if not completely full. This is the perfect carry-on. Construction seems good too, so I hope it lasts (only 2-year warranty).

Had high hopes for this bag! If you want just a regular big bag that doesn't roll, this is for you. If you have a bad back like I do, and want to roll the bag through the airport, forget about it. I took this on a trip to Japan and literally dragged it through every airport. It simply CANNOT stay upright, it just falls over constantly and you end up dragging it on it's side. You have to try to find it's perfect sweet spot to stay upright and it's near impossible. Especially if it's very full. But I've tried taking things out and it still falls over. It's a cute bag, very big with lots of storage, but it's a nightmare to use the wheels. So again, if you're looking for something with wheels that's easy to pull...don't get this bag. Consider yourself warned.

I looked forward to using this to carry back gifts from a recent trip to Europe. I packed it in my luggage initially. The 2nd time I pulled it out to put some purchases in it, the side web-handle stitching failed!! It took some time from my activities to find a satisfactory repair however once repaired it met all my criteria for a Carry-on for gifts. I was disappointed by the lack of quality control for a rather expensive yet well designed travel item.

Amazing that it fold up into a pouch. Lightweight. Wish there was a telescopic handle to push/pull with, then it would be 5 star. However, if not dragging far distance, great to bring along and use for urgent times where its too much weight for the shoulder, just pull it along. Holds a good amount.

Before the first use, the stitches on one of the straps unraveled and gave way. There was MAYBE 20lbs of articles inside the bag as it was being carried down the stairs, when, for no reason, the strap gave way. Luckily, we were able to sew in new threads, paying more attention to detail than what was originally given. Other than that, the bag seems OK, but cannot be trusted for an international trip.

Just returned from vacation. Great carryon. Was able to piggyback on larger suitcase. Good for overhead bin since it is only rigid on the bottom. Wheels great, pack with heavier items on bottom

Took it on one trip. Hated it. The only good thing is it folds up small when not in use. But in use it rolls bad and not sturdy. Wish i could get refund, but company has terrible customer service.

Best bag ever. No more pain in the shoulder from trying to carry a shoulder bag that’s too heavy. It just rolls alongside of you.
