Classically the tall tumbler is often used for preserving homemade jams, muss and jelly. Of course, these can also be used for other stuffing items such as fruit and vegetables as well as for storing household and hobby items.
Alternatively, also for herbs, sausages or meat, soups and stews, pre-cooked food and sauces as well as baby food.
Our jars are suitable for all purposes and give your imagination enough scope for many new ideas. The glasses are oven-safe and can even be frozen.
You should avoid large temperature jumps, e.g. place a hot glass in cold water. However, we do not recommend using in the microwave and with oily foods.
The twist off lids are screwed straight onto the glass edge and please do not overtwist. In order to ensure a good seal (when filled with cold), the glass must be heated to soften the sealant. However, it must be noted that it does not overheat.
When hot filling, food can be sealed vacuum tight for up to 3 years.
Tasteless and odourless, easy to clean, completely environmentally friendly.
Note: The glass is dishwasher safe, the lid is not included.
We recommend replacing the lid after one use.
