Works fine for it's purposes
Did well the first time I used it. Got it specifically for the 3 plugs and secondarily for the USB. Disappointed that it still takes so long for the USB to fully charge; seems like they could meet the charging time of my computer. Also, the plugs are a bit close, so if you have a transformer, there go 2. With the size of the unit, they could have put 2 on one side and 1 on the other, or even 4 plugs with 2 on each side.Finally, the plugs should be consolidated so that a single adapter is all that is needed. Should be easy enough to do since i already own one of those too.

Appears to be exactly what I need
I purchased this converter because I am traveling to mainland China and I was not sure which type of plugs are accepted there. The variety of plugs that come with this converter appears to include the uncommon plug that I have seen in literature suitable for use in China. It differs from other converters that I have used both in Europe and South America. I have several items to keep charged up including camera, back-up battery, iphone, ipad, etc., so the ability to be able to charge several items at the same time will be helpful.

Could not have survived without this.
This was so useful on a recent trip to Europe for business. . I was able to charge two phones and an iPad at the same time. Was able to heat up curling iron and use a dual voltage hair dryer. It’s very light as far as packing. This runs circles around those single bulky converters that only allow one item to be plugged in at a time. So glad I bought this for 9 days in Europe. I used this to get some work done on a train from Paris to Nice and charge my phones at the same time. Great product

Excellent product
This is one of the best purchases we’ve ever made. It’s easy to use, dependable, and the extra USB ports all work and are ideal. We’re using it to charge IPads and IPhones in Egypt, Jordan, Israel, and Turkey. We highly recommend this voltage converter.

practical
This converter is very useful to me, because the expensive rice cooker that I returned from China four years ago can finally be used. It is very heavy that I am very far back to the United States, only to find that the plug is not the same, so I have been idle and have not used it. Until I bought this converter

Good buy for charging devices
Worked great on my three week trip to Australia. I only used one or two plugs most of the time, sometimes three, and it was just what I hoped for. I didn't have any trouble plugging in various hotels and airbnbs. Because it has a converter, I felt like I had extra protection from damage to my devices. I didn't end up bringing a blow dryer so I can't speak to that. The packaging it came in was great, compact, and durable- I used it to store the unit in my suitcase. I like that there was minimal packaging waste! It was a great purchase- I hope it works as well on future trips to other counries. Thanks!

Verify wattage requirements for devices before use.
Performance was as described in product description. Used for camera and phone charging in Italy. My wife’s clothing steamer exceeded the wattage ratings for the device and would not work but worked great for camera batteries and phones. Pilot light was effective as night light in shuttered hotel room.

must-have when travel abroad
Good quality and smart design. The charger is light and easy to carry in travelling. The cord is long enough and it has four plugs which are adapted for charging in US and other countries. I tried to use it with my iPhone and laptop, and absolutely it works well. Great value.
