A very classic product. I gave it to my friend on his birthday. He really liked it. Built quality is good and packed in a good wooden box. A gift for lifetime.Only 1 thing made it a hassled purchase that there is nothing mentioned on how to get it customized. Also, the Amazon CC gave misleading information. Because of this I had to order again and then got it customized after receiving the seller's contact info which actually caused delay and delivered after his birthday. Also, I feel the printing cost is on higher side. 350 Rs for few words 🙄

Well, this is a perfect compass for gifting someone. It's so handy and works very well. The post order procedure for engraving also went smoothly and the product came as expected

This affords a perfect companion in- house and outdoors for knowing in which direction one is going. It is superbly crafted and its wooden box and internals give it an antique look. It us a well-designed, handy gadget especially for the adventurous who like to go globe trotting.

The magnetic needle stays stuck and does not show the exact direction . Also, there's no return. Only replacement. If I haven't found the piece good to use, i can't return it. I have to apply for a replacement. Isn't that insane?Id rate it a zero if that option is available

Good looking product, giving a good feel. however the needle is unstable and takes quite an amount of time to stabilise.

I bought the east india company compass as a gift for a friend and I totally love it. The compass’s weight is awesome and I love the feel of it. It’s a super classy gift. Definitely worth buying.
