Great way to easily add protein to the diet of those who cannot take in much solid food. We mix with a non-calorie sweetener and water and pour into 16 oz bottles for daily consumption. Provides about 22g of protein per bottle, daily. Cost is reasonable, supply is available and consistent (unlike others) and customer support is excellent.

I have been taking this product for a year. Lately I switch to buy it via Amazon for a little better price. The first order was in Sept this year, that time the products I got were fine. I reordered in late November again. But the products I got were different, in terms of packing (the way how the bottle is sealed), the consistency and the flavor. The consistency is a lot thinner, and it tastes like it was diluted, it is not the same berry punch flavor. I have concerns of the quality affecting my health, I am going to return or just trash them.

So I got this Protein for the benefits. i'm working out heavily right now and need some extra protein. I expected this to taste nasty as one reviewed said but i wanted something different from the basic poweder protein. This takes really freaking good with milk. i mix one cap with a cup of milk and it's oh so yummy. i had it in the morning as well with hot water and it's like a tea to me. I really enjoy this so far. i can't say i seen the health benefits yet but so far so good.
