Party Streamers - Applique Style - Standard Size 28 Inch X 40 Inch Decorative Flag

Too bad the other review wasn't there before I ordered it this. I went by the title that this was a STANDARD 28" X 40" flag. It is NOT. It is a standard size, but for a garden flag: 12" X 18". That's less than HALF the size advertised. The reason I gave it two stars is because the flag itself is very nice applique. The ribbons at the bottom of the flag, however are very cheap and won't last very long. If they manufacturer had used satin ribbons (and just a tad bit longer!) or even the same kind of fabric used for the rest of the flag, it would have really made the flag (as a garden flag) great. The ribbons are about 2" long and will tear easily.

Don,t be fooled this flag is not a 28 x40 for that price ! The small flag is $ 5.99.
