PYT 25mm Clip Free Curling Ironing Rod Pro Style Tool, Black

For starters I ordered "this" product 25mm and the company and seller Amazon included sent the 25mm BOX and packaging. However they sent me a 19mm in the box. My husband checked the product number online and it's 19mm and I was charged for a 25mm. It seemed rather small. The seller is blaming Amazon and Amazon is blaming the seller. Like some sort of good cop bad cop game. Long story short if you plan on ordering this 25mm I mean 19mm is what you will get. They try to trick you by sending it in the 25mm box, labels, and packaging. I wonder how many other buyers actually have ordered the 25mm and do not realize they actually have 19mm courtesy of "just gorgeous" should be called "just liars". Order if you have a mm measuring device and want to wait 2weeks to play their reordering refund game. Doesn't sound fun ladies!!

I LOVE THIS, I HAD BOUGHT THE STRAIGHTENER AT THE MALL WHICH CAME WITH A SMALLER CURLING ROD..TOO LITTLE BUT WORKED GREAT FOR MY DAUGHTER SO I BOUGHT THE 25MM FOR MORE BIGGER CURLS. ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE GLOVE WAS MISSING BUT I CONTACTED THE SELLER AND THEY HOOKED ME UP WITH 2 GLOVES AND CAME IN THE MAIL QUICK!

I absolutely love this tool. I have naturally curly hair but it's very long and therefor doesn't hold curl well, until this tool. I swear it will curl ANY type of hair. I have roommates with very straight, thin hair and since I've had this, I'm the household beautician. I have to curl their hair before every time we go out. It can do very tight ringlets or loose curls. It takes some maneuvering but once you get it down, it's really easy to use. Good stuff.

Make sure you are aware that this wanD is 13-25 mm not 25 mm. The description is not accurate. The rod has a graduated circumference and is not a straight 25 mm wand as described. My grandaughter was disappointed and I had to go through the trouble of returning it and ordering another.The advertisement should show a picture of the wand as others do. Deceiving.

The wire was damaged right out of the box. I put electrical tape on the area b/c my daughter needed it for the holidays. It's is working but I'm not happy about the damaged wire.

Let me start off by saying I have owed many curling irons in my life time and this one by (pyt) is by far the best. It heats up in seconds after pluging it in and is easy to use (make sure you use curling wand glove) I love this product it's also priced great..

I really enjoy this product. The iron doesn't create that "burnt hair" smell you sometimes get with regular curling irons. There's no frizz, and hair looks full and flirty. I have naturally curly hair, but this iron adds a smoothness and more polished look. Great product.
