Color:Gray Berlin Flyer Wagons is a Amish and Mennonite owned and operated business in Holmes County, Ohio. The Berlin Flyer F410 Sport is the workhorse of the Berlin Flyers Wagon line, first made in 1965. These popular express wagons are made right here in Ohio using locally-sourced solid hardwoods and steel, and all parts are manufactured in-house. Each Berlin Flyer Wagon is made with a solid wood bed, painted hardwood side rails that are easily removed, and an all-steel frame that is welded and powder-coated. Finally, the express wagon is finished with non-toxic paint and varnish for your peace of mind. The Berlin F410 Sport comes with 10" x 4" foam-filled tires and the wagon bed measures 36" x 17.25". Easy assembly is required and detailed assembly instructions are included. The F410's weight capacity is rated for up to 300 Lbs.

Great for our 17 year old Collie mix - at home and at the beach
We purchased this wagon for our 17 year old Collie mix. She can't walk very far anymore. So, we put her in this wagon and pull her to her favorite spots in the neighborhood - let her out and she can walk around her favorite places. Also, we could no longer go to the beach as the walk from the car to the ocean was too far for her. This wagon is just perfect for her and the beach - the wide wheels prevent it from sinking in the sand. So now we can go - pull her to the oceanside and let her walk around. She just loves it. As soon as she sees us pulling it out - she gets up (slowly) and walks over to it and stands next to it. Even the neighbors, when they see her in it, say: "She's smiling!" She weighs 55 pounds and fits in with room to spare. It is very well built and sturdy. We assembled it in just 5 minutes. We didn't purchase other kinds as they were too small or we were afraid they would tip over. Thanks for building such a great product!. Buddy gives it five barks or approval!

Wonderful quality
A bit expensive, but ooh so nice. I love the big wide tires which roll easily on almost any terrain. It was a gift for his first birthday, better something that he will get a number of years out of rather than an infant toy he will quickly out grow. He loves riding in it, and in the future he will be able to pull it around. The only thing I saw after putting it together was that my grandson would probably pull the rails off of the base of the wagon and throw them around. So I bought 6 hitch pins, one for each section of wooden rails. The pins have a little ball at end to prevent them from sliding back out of the holes I drilled through the metal bracket while the wooden rail post was in place. You need to drill the holes with the rails in so that the pins will line up since this was done with a hand held drill and each hole was unique, but worked with the pins. With the hitch pins inserted, he can shake the rails to his hearts content and they remain in place. If you want to take the wooden rails off, you just pull out the pins and lift them off.A quick shot of Krylon Gloss - Banner Red spray paint around the holes I drilled through the wood rails and it looked like it was a factory installation.I'll try to add a photo of my modification when I get a chance.

Wow! What a wagon!
Such a solidly built wagon. Mine arrived perfect condition. Assembled in minutes, just need a hammer to tap on the hub "caps". Made in USA quality. Even the Chinese tires are upscale, the wheels have grease fittings for their bearings. Who ever heard of that on a wagon? No tire smell as of June '18 models. They are air filled, not foam as the ad currently says (advised Amazon). The handle now uses a trailer pin instead of bolt and nut, so it's quickly removable without tools. Love the steering mechanism. Everyone who's seen, loves it. Highly recommended.

A red wagon for my grandson for Christmas
Purchased this wagon for my grandson for Christmas. I have had some experience with Amish made products and knew they were very good products construction wise. It was my intent to buy another brand but when I started reading the specs on this wagon I was sold. When reading some of the reviews for this wagon I became a bit concerned with comments about the smell given off by the tires. After opening the box it came in I did notice a slight odor from the tires. This odor is common for new rubber tires and in my opinion is nothing to be concerned about. The wagon was ordered as a Christmas present for my grandson and is stored in a spare bedroom until Christmas. The odor from the tires has virtually disappeared. The wagon was extremely easy to assemble. All parts needed to assemble the wagon were in the shipping box and it required about 30 minutes to put together. From my experience with this product I would absolutely recommend it.

just a better red wagon than you know who.
very well engineered and good materials all around. leave the tires outside for a few days and that is good. Took me 15 minutes to assemble due to drinking beer. wagon looks good wide air filled tires are great no turn over is good engineering. probably as good a red wagon as can be found. Wood and metal is hard to beat. Merican materials and merican workmanship.

Decent wagon but.....
Wagon arrived from dealer in good condition although the handle was rather scraped up forcing re-painting.. Many reviews and advertisements show this wagon coming with pneumatic air tires. This wagon does not come with pneumatic tires, instead it is shipped with hard foam filled tires which are much more rigid and provide rougher ride.. If the foam filled tire is what you are after, then you’ll be happy with this wagon.. Wagon build quality is decent, but not great. I contacted the manufacturer (not the dealer) for assistance with the damaged handle and requested clarification and support on the tires provided with the wagon.. They’re response was pretty much “it is the way it is” with no assistance or support to resolve any concerns.. There are better options available such as the Speedway Express Wagons.. The build quality appears to be much better with greater attention to finite details..

Berlin over Radio Flyer...
What an awesome wagon and the packaging and delivery were spot on. I am so glad I went with the Berlin over the Radio Flyer. I was prepared to spend an hour putting this together and was surprised when I opened up the box. It requires very little assembly. The tires do put of a pungent smell of fresh rubber. Kind of smell like the Firestone tire shop. Highly recommended this seller (Sarah's) and this wagon.

Much Better Made
I bought this after returning a different (though similar) unit branded as a radio flyer which was $5 more and made of cheap material. This unit unlike the other has real rubber tires and real steel wheels not plastic. All metal components are heavy gauge and non sharp edges. Minor draw back is once the fence side are taken down you just have an almost flat cart (not a wagon) with 1" sides. Overall I recommend this unit
