Great product, poor directions.
I purchased this mount with the 400x400 vesa attachments. The in wall box and the articulating arm are extremely well built and finished.The 400x400 attachments that are added to the original 200x200 plate. However, there were no directions as to how to attach them. So, it took about 30 minutes of trial and error to get them attached properly. Other than that issue, it is a great product and allows my LG 42 inch TV to sit flush against the wall, like a mirror or painting!!
