A little bit costly but works amazing lasts a long time and quickly heals even problem areas and fades scars amazingly

This cream is super helpful for my acne, and at the same time it doesn't burn my skin like other anti-acne products. It's a very gentle yet powerful solution. Will buy again!

It works well, but there are definitely many pros and cons.Pros:- Pimples go down overnight (but they must be already popped pimples)- No irritation- Thick consistency (great for spot treatment)Cons:- Only works on popped pimples. I’ve tried it multiple times on my pimples that aren’t popped, but the product doesn’t seem to help.- Hard to use at night. The product tends rub off on my pillow. If you’re a side-sleeper, it might be hard to use, since you have to lay on your backside the whole night (which may not be comfortable for some people, including me). I would recommend using this during the daytime if you want to see results sooner.

My favorite pimple cream. Works quickly but dries the skin out a bit.

I actually really like this product! It doesn't stain my pillow at night and it dries out the area it's supposed to without drying out my skin. I had a few spots I picked at and they were gone in two days, the few I did touch where basically gone the next day. I like companies overnight patches as well. They come in three sizes and with other companies they only come in two. That extra larger size is great. I will be purchasing more products by this line and ditching the harsher products I once used. I do have really sensitive skin so this is great!

this is an amazing spot cream. I have used it for 2 weeks now and every time I put it on overnight and the pimple is small and pretty much gone the next day. The redness or discoloration of the pimple is still there, that takes a bit longer to go away. I have aways used prescription topical retinol to treat my acne, but once i switched over to over the counter differin gel it just wasn't working as well. This spot treatment definitely works a lot better than over the counter differin gel, and marginally better than prescription strength differin.

While this isn’t an immediate effect at reducing spots and blemishes, it’s noticeable and doesn’t make the skin around the blemish break out. Also used on a skin rash. Definitely recommend!

I really really wanted to like this, obviously, I mean I spent $23 on it here on Amazon. The best I can say is that it is non-irritating, but I can't say that it helped any blemishes. I tried it on all different types of acne, from hormonal, to the deeper borderline cystic kind, to just irritated red patches, to all of the above at differing stages; just red, pus visible, burst, ect. It seemed most effective on blemishes that were burst/extracted, but all it did was help keep the redness down a little. I actually think it slowed healing the majority of the time because it was too moisturizing and gentle. Now as an adult who has rosacea and acne prone skin and spent years as a teenager absolutely stripping it of oils and moisture with every drugstore product, I DO appreciate that this was not overly drying and didn't irritate or bleach my skin (remember those days? spots on your pillowcase in college?), but it was soooooo gentle that it was ineffective. I much prefer their pimple patches, seems to work much better on a larger variety of issues.*Another thing that I found HIGHLY unpleasant about the product was that it seemed to cause a strange tingling sensation in my mouth when I used it. No, it wasn't going IN my mouth. It also made me have a respiratory irritation when I would have it on more than three or four blemishes, and no, I was not using oodles of product. This thing does have a great little tip on it for dispensing, so you don't end up with too much, which is great. If it worked I'd be thrilled, because it would last forever! However, I suspect I am allergic to something in the product, but I don't know what. I found it very odd that my rosacea didn't flair up with this, but it caused such a weird sensation in my lungs. I absolutely cannot recommend this product. It's ineffective at best, and potentially harmful at worst.

It really helped me with my acne . It not only helped me get control over my acne but also helped me control oil production. It also helped with hyperpigmentation and acne scars. About to finish my 2nd tube and definitely gonna buy a 3rd one.

It is more o like marks cream , dosnt work on active acne just work on acne marks , dosnt liked it much on marks also it works very slow , frankly was expecting more from Cosrx

Its been more than a month i am using this and i can see the difference in my old acne marks. Though i got new cystic acne at the same place but i am sure this treatment is not a reason for that its my hormonal changes.I usually apply this after my moisturiser in night just on spots as this cream suggests.

No improvement in skin with regards to acne reduction/blemish control. In fact, caused more acne.
