Bought a 01 venture last week but didn't come w/remote. Did my research and found out you can get them from dealer for $. Setup was easy, pay close attention on fuse you need to remove because there are a few BCM choices. Make sure its "BCM programming" fuse, it was fuse # 43 it think. Remote works great, not to happy about range though but beats having getting to door and have too unlock manually! Fast Shipping! recieved 4 days early. Great Product!

I ordered this key fob for my ponitiac montana 2003 and it works perfectly. Sadly it did not come with the instruction to do it myself but they have a technician at site that guided me through the programming over the phone as well as emailed me the programming instruction site . Truly i am so glad I bought this key fob. just save myself some $$$$

I purchased this remote after speaking to the supplier. Once I received it and went through all the steps to activate it, it did not work. I tried several ways as described in their instruction sheet, but nothing worked. I then called the supplier back and had him walk me through the process, still no luck. He then offered me to return it and said sometimes it just happens that way?

Was able to program to my car perfectly

This keyless remote requires me to take my vehicle to a GM dealer to get it programmed. I wasted my time researching the Internet trying to find proper instructions. Their enclosed instructions simply give a link to a 3rd party website with instructions that do not work. I watched several YouTube vidoes for GM vehicles and none of those instructions worked, either. This is not DIY, program-at-home remote. Most 2002 Oldsmobile Silhouettes will need to be programmed by a dealer. It won't work... this seller should know that.

when I first ordered this item ,I was skeptical that it wasn't as easy as the seller made it seem to program.. to my relief , I was very pleased that indeed, was easy to program and it works GREAT !!! could not be happier with this purchase and will be ordering a second one immediately!! thanks

I received this in my overseas military APO five days after I ordered it!A perfect copy of my original FOB for the 2011 OLDS minivan.The company forgot to enclose the directions for programming, but one toll free cal took care of that and their customer service e-mailed me the instructions in less than five minutes!Since the instructions are generic for all GM "minivan" products from a certain time period, you have to alter the steps in the instructions, just slightly.It took me 30 minutes to figure it out and progrma both FOBS.They work perfectly and would buy from again. Saved 85% on my cost for what GM wanted!!Great Company! Would absolutely buy from again!!
