I did not expect to order these on Sat and have them arrive on Sun. So there's that impressive bit but not why I gave them 5 stars. They are sweet, the freshest I have ever eaten, 99.5% whole, cream in color with no brown spots and a great size - at least the 2 handfuls I've gobbled down as I took other items from the box. I just couldn't stop! Not huge but big enough for me to see the quality and lack of GMO's. I live near 2 national chains that cater to those of us who shop organic and they would swoon if they were able to offer this quality in their bins. I'm not sure if the few negative reviews were because the reviewer wasn't used to raw cashews, got a bad batch or had other circumstances beyond control (weather, etc.) but I'll never get mine from any other source!!

Since I use these to make plant based 'cream' I did not need whole Cashews and the pricetag that comes with them but low and behold, when I unpacked it turned out that I got perfect Cashews instead of pieces and shreds.

I just thought there would be more large pieces than there is. But pieces are pieces, they all taste the same.

I use these for making a lot of different vegan recipes that need "creaminess" or "thickness". These are great because they are pieces, which makes the soaking time more efficient and the blending process easier. You end up with a really smooth, creamy base for your soups and such.

Loved the cashews. They were fresh and tasty. They came in a resealable bag to keep them fresh. Even after the wear and tear of transit, more than 80% of the nuts were whole. I especially like that these are not contaminated with peanut pieces or residue like a lot of big conventional brands. And they are Organic! So no worries about sharing with children or older parents. The price is also one of the best I've seen for organic cashews.
