I use the 5.25x8.25 version for my journal. It has become my favorite blank book. It has all the useful features:1. High quality paper: I sometimes draw, glue in photos or use calligraphy pens to write and the paper can handle all.2. Strap to hold it closed: I carry the book in my bag. The strap keeps it from damage3. Spiral bound: a pen fits nicely in the spiral; spiral bound is much easier in which to write.

Product is GREAT - however they were crammed into a box that was too small and arrived dog eared and warped. One of the notebooks has some sort of wax on it - great product packed catelessky
