KaysCase Slim Soft Gel TPU Skin Cover Case for HTC One M7 Smart Phone 2013 Version (Black)

When I first bought my HTC One, I ordered the first decently priced clear TPU case I found on Amazon (not Kay's). They all tend to be similar quality with almost the exact same mold. When I received it, however, I found one glaring flaw: the "lip" that extends past the edges caused my screen protector to bubble up. I frantically searched for a replacement that wouldn't cause the same issue. When I came across Kay's HTC One case, it appeared from the pictures that it had the smallest lip when compared with others so I decided to give it a go.The overall fit and finish are great. The HTC One's curved back and sloped edges, I imagine, make designing a case a bit difficult but this one is very snug and hugs my phone nicely. In fact, it is a bit slimmer profile and nicer to hold than my other TPU case. The back of the case has a matte-finish patch, which makes it bit more comfortable to hold than if the entire case was the same shiny/slippery finishI am also happy to say that due to the design of Kay's case, I no longer have the screen protector bubbling issue!However, I do have just a few minor qualms. The fit at the top and bottom edge (by the speakers) are just slightly off and don't align perfectly. This is very minor but if you're picky like me, you will notice it. I'm also not crazy about the design choice to use covered buttons for the volume rocker and an exposed hole for the power/sleep button. My other TPU case had both covered and it did not interfere with the button operation nor the built in IR blaster. And finally, the matte back, while appreciated, feels slightly grainy to the touch and is not completely smooth.Outside of those very minor points, this is a great overall everyday use case. I like that it retains the design of the phone's curves and is clear so that it shows off the great looking HTC One. And most importantly, compatible with screen protectors!

I purchased this case as it is described as clear. The back is frosted. The beautiful blue of the phone does not show through. Very disappointed in this. The case is fine which is why three stars.

Nice, snug fit , feel, and appearance. It is clear except the back which is frosted and a softly textured matte finish, but it looks more silver when on the phone, and the htc and beatsaudio logos show through as do the lines on the phone, which is great to me since I wanted the beautiful design of the HTC One to show through. Since the HTC is metal, I would have left it naked, except that it is slippery both to hold and on table tops, and I wanted some protection for the corners and display. There is a bit of a lip on the front of the cover that extends above the display slightly, and this also prevents slipping on tables when it's face down. I have dropped it a couple of times on a ceramic bathroom floor, and it definitely was a softer fall than before I had the case.My nits are that the power button is harder to use since it's recessed in the case cut out, even as small as my fingers are, but at least it's less likely to be pushed while in pocket or bag. The volume control takes a little more pressure because there is no cut out, but rather it is covered with matt, textured buttons on the case. Overall--I'm happy with the case and the price, especially when I don't think ANY case is nicer than this phone without one. Whenever I show this phone to someone, I do take the case off first.

I was disappointed because it was not really clear, it is frosted in the back. Other than that, it has been a good case.

Ive been looking for a gel transparent soft case for HTC, but had trouble finding one because there were either too cheap made or just not the right color...What i can say about this case is that it is Gel but sturdy enough.What i dont like is that the top upper and lower edges do not really cling the phone surface causing the dust and some minor "garbage" to get insideAlso the back is sort of matte material and thus it picks up dirt fast...

The case doesn't really fit the phone it self. The phone doesn't tightly snug into the case , holding the phone tight

This was the "cheap" case I ordered because it was in stock and would arrive only a day after my new phone. Very happy with it though and it is my primary case for my phone. Good fit without requiring too much work to take it off/on. Good spacing around the opening for the camera, USB, etc. Covers the volume buttons but doesn't hinder use. A lot of cases for this phone seem to have rough seams on the sides, but the seam on this one is barely noticeable. The back is not as crystal clear as the sides, but the finish on the back is less slippery than the sides, while I can still read the back of the phone, so I am OK with the trade off. Good price for a good case.I didn't want a thick or heavy case for my phone and this one is pretty slim. Any noticeable bulk is from the "lip" around the screen, which keeps it from getting scratched when the phone is face down on the table. This case works well for me.
