Great mag pouch
Never had a problem with these coming out or the button popping off like some people. You just need to adjust your tension screw tighter and slide it on your belt instead of take it off and button it. This holster is great for people who were former military and are used to magazines facing upward and exposed for quick reload. Also has a sleek design feel to it.

nice quality
This is the pouch I wanted due to the quick access to the magazine for quick(er) reload, firm grip and basketweave pattern. Well made leather pouch, nice retention screw. Unfortunately I cannot use it, the snap-on strap is to tight to loop around the duty belt, the snaps were keeping popping hence jeopardizing the angle of the pouch, getting loose preventing me to draw the magazine or even worst, came with the magazine when I draw the magazine. This kind of glitch just cannot happen in the field when the s*** hits the fan (just for this reason I should give it 1 star).I may take time to soften the leather to make it looser, expand a little bit, enough to have the snaps kept in place and not popping anymore. This is absolutely possible (hence the 3 stars). However I cannot afford to think the pouch may fail at anytime again for any reason.

Poorly designed
Purchased after our department went to the Glock 17. Soon noticed that the pouch would come undone and the mags would tilt forward--away from my duty belt. I figured that that was the way that it was designed and so I stopped using it when I should have returned it. I looked at it closer today and it appears that it was assembled wrong. The snaps that hold it onto my duty belt appear to be directional--in other words, they SHOULDN'T come unsnapped if the mag pouch is tilted forward away from the belt. HOWEVER, I think that the snaps were attached upside down meaning that it is very easy for the pouch to become unsnapped and fall away from the belt especially when there are two fully loaded mags. After reading other reviews, it appears that others have had the same issue. Recommend that you do not purchase or at least don't be slow in returning if you do.

Satisfied customer
Wear this mag holder everyday on duty and it works great. It attaches to my duty belt with no issues and holds the magazines secure throughout any type of movement.

Great Magazine holder.
Probably my favorite mag holder. Has a tension screw you tight to make sure your mags won’t come out and super easy to put in your patrol belt.

Recommend for academy attendees for sure
Purchased this specifically for my shooting tests in the police academy. This opened-end mag pouch replaced my closed-snap/flap pouch. This really sped up my reload time during the timed courses of fire. Recommend for academy attendees for sure.

Works like it should.
I bought a repackaged product. It worked well and came in good condition.
