Looks cheap
These are poorly made. The head of some of the push pins are irregular and not flat. The side is visible on the outside of the case, and very noticeable to my OCD self. I decided not to use these in my build.

Be smart. Don't use solid pins.
Fans are cheap to pretty expensive, so it's always a good idea to go with rubber screws. Sound dampening. Flex on vibration. Prolongs the life of your case fans. Won't use any other kind. Plus the UV reactive blue is nice too:-)
