Pros and Cons - 3 1/2 stars
Tough to review these, but here goes. I've been Keto for a long time, and I enjoy the challenge of Keto baking and bake often. That said, often when at work or traveling I want a stash of easy shelf-stable wrapped snacks that I can grab on the run. Thus my purchase of BisKeto.I purchased Lavender and Cardamom. Honestly, even with my eyes closed I was unable to tell the difference between them. I tasted coconut and a high level of sweetness, similar to a sugar cookie. In the Variety pack the coffee flavor was less sweet with a *very* faint coffee flavor. Chocolate chip was the driest and also seemed less sweet, with scant chips. Haven't yet tried the almond. If I wasn't expecting them to taste like their respective flavors, I would accept them as a basic shortbread-flavored cookie. But they should taste like their flavors. Value is OK, as they are cheaper than the other cookie brand, but yet they don't taste nearly as good. So 2 stars for disappointing flavor. 5 stars for packaging, and 3 stars for value. Would I purchase again? I'm not sure.EDIT - Finally tried the Almond, and it's easily my favorite with a nice marzipan-like flavor. Would definitely purchase this flavor again. 4 1/2 stars for almond.

Low Carb Almond - Lemon Cookies
I received these Lemon Bisketo cookies yesterday. I was excited to try something new that was low carb.1 -- I hardly taste any lemon. For a minute I thought I had ordered almond flavored cookies. It says "Low-Carb Almond Cookies" at the top of label. I'm not sure I would have liked lemon cookies. Again I was trying something different. These cookies definitely tasted like almond.2 -- Have you ever had corn bread that is so dry it's like it sucks all of the moisture out of your mouth. Well that's how these are. I love eating pastries and coffee so it's alright but they do not stand on their own. I would not be able to eat them without something to drink with them.3 -- At this price they are roughly $2 a cookie. That is way too much for this. They aren't that good. I've been eating low carb for a long time so I understand that anything low carb/diet is not going to be as good as what it is mimicking. However, I don't consider these to be taste worthy enough.I'll eat what I have and I will not order more.If you're looking for low carb cookies my favorite is the Quest Protein Chocolate Chip. The Quest SnckerDoodle is ok.

Pretty good
Has that cooling sensation sugar alcohols have sometimes. I'm used to that but not all are. The lavender was a unique buy. I will probably go with lemon next. If you have made you own keto cookies out of almond flour, it is the same texture you can expect (that is, not the texture of a wheat flour cookie). I'm used to the texture though. I love the simple ingredients and that was my reason for purchasing and I would buy again in other flavors for that reason. Also, it's nice to not have to make it yourself.

I bought the Almond flavor and love it
I love the taste and texture of the almond variety. Some folks don't seem to 'get' that not everyone has the same likes and dislikes when it comes to flavors, textures, sweeteners, nuts, and so on... I'm not about to warn people away from something just because I don't happen to care for it, or even hate it for that matter. There are far more people who do like these than don't. What I find concerning are the people reporting receiving damaged cookies and not being able to get a refund. Thankfully, my first order arrived intact. The ingredients are very typical for a low carb/keto cookie so I have no idea why anyone would find that they taste 'horrid'. I will not, however, be purchasing more. The serving size and the packaging are deceptive. If serving size is ONE cookie, why are they packaged in TWOs? It ruins any chance of portion control and the consumer either has to eat both while fresh or put the second one in a baggie for later.

Great as a post work-out snack or low-carb energy break
BisKeto Lemon melts in your mouth and taste very much like Lemon – nothing artificial about it. They have excellent macro-nutrients, and for the carb-counters - are low in both net carbs (1.5g per cookie) and total carbs (6.5g per cookie). They are also very portable and make a great low-carb snack. I personally love to have them in my gym bag and snack on them after my workout with a cup of iced tea. I also have them when I’m studying and need an energy break. Their sweet-tangy taste and citric aroma are refreshing and keep me going. Almond and Cardamom used to be my favorites but the new Lemon recipe got me hooked. If you had BisKeto before, beware that they changed the recipe to fix their problem with crumbliness, which others have mentioned here. The texture of the new cookie is very different – not crunchy anymore – but very soft. If you are a crunchy-cookie person, this will not be for you. As for me, I’m an anything-cookie person and actually love the softer/ cake consistency. Will reorder them soon!

Not bad
They’re on the sweet side. They have that cooling effect on my tongue that erythritol does sometimes. They do have a nice soft texture. The almond flavoring is strong but not unpleasant.I bought them originally to make s’mores while having a family bonfire, but I think they’ll be too sweet and soft for it. They would be great with a scoop of ice cream and come chocolate syrup drizzled over.

Not bad, but I wish they were actually less sweet.
Almost everything about these is great. They are moist and crumbly and taste pretty good. I do think they could offer a version of these that is even less sweet and it would pair better with my sugarless coffee. For now, I'm not sure if I'll buy more, but they're alright.

Erythritol overwhelms these cookies!
The sensation from sugar alcohol (Erythritol) is too overwhelming for me to enjoy this cookie. If you’re someone who doesn’t mind that, you may be OK. You also can’t hold the cookie with your fingers and eat it. The cookie can’t support itself without laying flat on a plate, and will crumble apart when you pick it up. These are very small cookies with a big price tag. There are great recipes online for keto almond cookies. My recommendation would be to skip this purchase and make your own.
