I previously used Life Extension 2 per day multivitamins, until they introduced maize starch as a filler. As I have a sensitivity to grains, even in the smallest amounts, I had to stop taking it. After hunting around for a decent replacement multivitamin product, I came across Autoimmune Institute's Advanced Multi. I was pleased to see that it was a UK made product with a good range of bioavailable ingredients and wasn't packed with fillers. My 82 year old mother is also taking these. She is very happy with them and does not get any adverse reactions, which she occasionally did with the Life Extension ones.

While these have the vitamins I need, and they are iron free which is a bonus for me, the tablets did not agree with me. I have taken various types of vitamins for the past 40 years and these have been the only ones to have given me acid reflux. They also emit a strange fishy minty smell which I have never come across when taking a multi-vit.

I'm not one for leaving reviews but this product has significantly helped with chronic fatigue. I feel much less tired and irritable. I've never taken anything that has made any difference to me before. I highly recommend this product. I am a coeliac and suffer from auto immune thyroid disease. I've just been on the auto immune institute website and bought a bundle of 5.

i love this range of products,been taking the multivitamin & mineral caps for a couple of weeks now and definitely feel i have more energy at work .i also recommend the autoimmune turmeric as it has done wonders for my knees.great range of products.

After one pill i felt sick,nausea,sleepless.And it's smell is bad.

I have trouble swallowing capsules and these are no different, they stick and then melt and they don't taste great but I need sugar free so what can I expect. They have no hidden nasties or unnecessary additives and are good value for money.
