Very effective
Would be better if it were battery operated but the pencil sharpener does a great job. My young son struggles with manual sharpeners, so we bought him this. It puts an excellent point on his pencils and is easy to use. We got a great price and are happy. If you're OK plugging in your charger, I don't think you can find a better deal.

A sharpener that gets to the point
I can't believe I wrote that. Anyway, this thing sharpens like no other. The last sharpener I got years ago at an office supply depot whatever store served me pretty well. Then one of my kids (I blame them) jammed it up somehow. So I decided to give this little guy a try. It's night and day different. Smaller, quieter, and the points on pencils this thing produces are a thing of pure beauty. Maybe even too pointy if that's such a thing. I just look at the point in amazement every time and quite surprised I haven't punctured myself yet.I highly recommend this little cube of awesomeness.

Works but could use a stronger motor
I bought it as a replacement because my last sharpener lasted almost 10 years (it was dull). It works okay, but it is definitely weaker than my previous one. You cannot push very hard on the pencil, or it will stall. It does leave a nice, clean look after sharpening.

This pencil sharpener works really well. I bought some pencils and it sharpened them inno time. Just like a professional sharpener they have in schools. Really worth the moneyI paid for it. If you are in need of a pencil sharpener get this one. Take it from me this oneis for you.
