Good product professionally packaged and effective.

I have heard all kinds of not so good things about people having lots of side effects after taking Mct oil. I started taking 1 Tablespoon of virgin coconut oil for about 2 weeks before I bought Intentionally Bare MCT gelcaps. The coconut oil was making me feel better and I wanted to supplement more without the calorie load. I took 2 gelcaps with lunch the first day and I could truly feel the difference in energy. It caught me by surprise because I am not use to having that much energy at one time. The next day I took 1 capsule with each meal. I just bought another bottle so I would never run out. I love the feeling!

I’m loving it, works well I take one in morning and another later in the day.

Did not open it until after the 30 day return period. The capsules were stuck together when I first open the bottle. It took about 20 minutes but I finally and gently loosed them.

I've made MCT oil a daily part of my life, but it is surprisingly hard to find in brick & mortar stores. Nice big bottle, reasonable price.

These gelcaps are huge! I have issues damage around the area of my vocal cords from being intubated after an accident. These are so large most of the time they get stuck and I choke on them. If you have any issues with swallowing pills be careful. A As for how they work I haven’t been on them long enough to tell.

Big bottle that will last you ages. Good value as 70% is C8 MCT, which is the best. Other companies don’t tell you the combination in their MCT oil capsules. Will definitely buy again.
