I think it works
I haven’t been using this consistently, just the days I’ve been having more carbs in my meals and I can say those cheat meals haven’t affected my weight at all, so I wanna think this product is actually helping with the carb absorption.

I think one of my favorite things about this product was that I tasted the cinnamon after taste. It wasn’t overwhelming but it was nice. I didn’t feel bloated, gasy or have any GI issues using this product. Will purchase again!
