You get what you pay for
Headlights initially were looking very good. Didn't have the VW logo for the bulb cover, but still looked good. But once I started looking at the product I found serious issues with it. Start with the regular headlights. Clip wiring for the bulb (the 'cage' the bulb and holder sit in) was bent and mangled. The pressure clips were folded down flat so no contact was being made so bulbs could be illuminated/powered. The screw on cap for the bulb holder arrived heavily scratched and gouged. Looks like it had been forces in already. Mounting holes were a tad off so mounting the headlight required some muscling of the housing. After I fixed all the connections, tabs, and holders, I then had to spend an hour aiming the headlights. They don't aim nearly as well as the factory lights and the beam pattern was initially aimed at the sky (literally illuminated the tops of the trees when I turned the lights on). Also had the lights hooked up and ready to go, then found out the blinker bulbs weren't screwed in so I kept getting a blown bulb indication.Overall they make the car look great again because of the fresh look, but I'll be paying the cost of getting a good aftermarket or factory housing next time.

Fit our 2007 Rabbit perfectly, plug and play, identical OEM match
This was the easiest replacement on my car to date. Came with bulbs ready to go with the removal of a few screws, one connector and it was back together. Took about 20 minutes overall but I dropped a screw down into the valance and had to recover (don't do that it is a pain to get). The product fit perfectly just like OEM and the inside design around the bulb areas looked nearly identical to factory markings. Plastic lens is good quality (still cheap car manufactures plastic baloney) but if you are waiting to replace your lights or keep spending money on polishing materials only to have them keep getting ugly again like mine, buy these. It makes the car look brand new again and wowzers on the difference at night. Like I put HIDs in it. To be fair, my old lamps were really bad and were restricting light more than I realized.

Headlights
Headlights were not very good. Have had better luck with DEPO or TYC brand lights.

Does not directly fit mk5 rabbit.
Does not directly fit a mk5 rabbit. The corners are a bit off but with a few mods you can make them fit. They look awesome on my car though.

These are totally excellent and are another solution for hazed headlamp assemblies
These are totally excellent and are another solution for hazed headlamp assemblies. The bonus is these come with new bulbs already installed. To replace the headlamp assemblies on my 2005.5 MK5 Jetta TDI I followed these instructions for removing the older units and installing the newer units: http://www.myturbodiesel.com/wiki/front-bumper-and-grille-removal-mk5-jetta/Removing the wire harness from the older units is also tricky. I followed the tips found within these instructions: http://www.myturbodiesel.com/wiki/jetta-golf-headlight-removal-and-oem-gti-hid-xenon-housing-retrofit/Lastly, these newer headlamp assemblies were not at all aimed correctly. There are outstanding instructions for properly adjusting the aim of the beams here: http://forums.tdiclub.com/showpost.php?s=f50d4b41761176dcea18de35687a2b80&p=1643134&postcount=1
