This is an amazing book. I started reading it and couldn't put it down until I had read all the appropriate material. I would recommend that all carers of someone suffering from dementia obtain a copy. It helps you to understand what a dementia sufferer is experiencing and tells you how to deal with it.

Not happy. Book wasn't delivered and it took over a week after the expected delivery date to inform me there was any sort of problem. Had other items and books a few days previously and since so no idea what went wrong other than poor service.
