I am a certified tech and could not get this to work reliably. I could set it with a decent user interface but then it would not work reliably. Another annoyance is every time you went to access the device it would ask for a pass code that was supposed to be 4 to 8 digits that supposedly was printed on the device. I could never find this code. I just put random numbers in and it would go on but never knew if this had anything to do with the issues I was experiencing.
