I have had them awhile. Provides support knees do not hurt anymore; however not always comfortable. The discomfort is not unbearable.

These are the best orthotics I've ever owned. I've had them about 2 months now and the arch has worn down some but they are very comfortable and definitely are the best one's I've found for my flat feet and supination. Love how they can custom fit to certain types of foot problems. The shoes I put them in have become my "go-to" shoes for most days. My only suggestion for improvement wome.uld be to make the arch more stable so that it supports for a long period of time. That's important to help my flat feet. But I have yet to find orthotics that do this.

These inserts seem to be working pretty well for my husband. He supinates, but also has flat feet, very flat, which apparently isn't typical when you roll your feet to the outside. I was afraid the arch support would be too much for him, but I got the patches on in the appropriate places, and figured he'd be pulling them out within an hour. But he's been wearing them. Says they don't feel particularly good (not cushy), but his feet no longer hurt, and that was the primary goal. For half the price of those Dr. Scholl's inserts, these seem (so far) to be a great investment. He's been using them for close to a week now, and he is satisfied.

Not form fitting or cushy and heel and arch stick-ons are very bulky and uncomfortable. Reccomend spending a little more for New Balance inserts.

These are great insoles for comfort and reduce impact of walking on hard floors. They do start to smell after a few weeks, but I put newspapers inside them at night and it seems to work pretty well.

Great comfort with great setups that you can easily trade with the extra cushions they came with. Definitely worth the buy! Helped greatly balance out my feet and left me with no foot pain for the whole work day in the restaurant! Top of the line insole!

I was pleasantly surprised by how wide the inserts were; I bought the Mens 8/8.5 inserts to use with a pair of 8 EEEE New Balance walking shoes and they were a perfect fit. The inserts were an experiment and I found them very helpful.

i wanted this to correct supinated foot, these are not built for the same. the product description is misleading
