I have gotten other no fish tasting vitamins and they still have an aftertaste .. not a pleasant experience when you're already having pregnancy nausea. This one really didn't have any taste or aftertaste. Although you have to take two, I also really like that they are small and softgels - makes it super simple to swallow. The instructions say to take with food, but the one that I didn't take with food, they did not make my stomach hurt. These are great! I’ve taken other prenatal DHA capsules before and they tasted like fish and smelled horrible. Taking them was unpleasant. Decided to try something new and these are great! Have a few best nest products now , really like the brand. I like that there are vegan options out there for me since I tend to lean towards it. Capsule easy to swallow and nice omega 3, dha supplement. Super easy to digest , been taking it daily past several weeks .
