Oh, what a feeling!
I’ve been using this product for a while now and all I can say is that it works. I usually put a dropper two on my forearm at night, dab it in and by morning, my body has absorbed the necessary iodine. I noticed a difference when I use it and when I don’t use it. Highly recommend it.

Best on the market — I don't trust any other brand
This is the best Lugol's iodine on the market. I wouldn't trust any other brand. This brand has been around for something like 200 years. Also, the ONLY type of iodine that your body can absorb & utilize is Lugol's Iodine. Don't take nascent iodine or any other form. This is the one. I actually buy the 5% from their website, which is the original concentration.

Carnivore diet using iodine solution
Item arrived when it was supposed to heavily wrapped in bubble wrap so as not to break.So that was nice. I've only used the product a few days. I put it in my coffee so I don't have to taste the iodine.That works great for me.

Good natural product
Surprising, if use everyday at bed and alittle under my foundation this stuff worked great. Wrinkles are about 75% less noticeable. For the price I'm well pleased

The best quality iodine!
Lugol's is the best recommended iodine brand from many functional medicine practitioners. It is USA sourced. A few drops daily helps maintain healthy thyroid function which impacts so many things. Dosage may depend on your needs. I use 4 drops daily in my morning coffee with cream and don't notice the taste. It is very bitter on it's own. Some people prefer to add several drops to a large water bottle.Note about stains: Iodine does stain, so be careful with fabrics. For countertops, add a little lemon juice or vinegar and wipe with a sponge right away to remove the spot.

Very easy to take in black coffee
Absolutely amazing I faithfully put three drops in my black coffee every morning. When I put it in my black coffee, it cancels out the bitterness.
