I usually buy a different brand, but gave these a try as they seemed better value. However, they aren't. While the filling seems popular with the birds, the string which is used to attach the coconut half to a branch/hook is useless. I've used five of these so far, and two have plummeted to the ground within a day because the string is so poor quality that it frays and breaks. So they end up on the ground being eaten by rodents or pecked by pigeons, which was not the idea. I will go back to buying my previous brand.

Firstly I received someone else’s item in the box, not really their fault but when I received my correct order very disappointed, there are only 5 halves in the bag, not what the images show and will not be purchasing again, £2 per half coconut is not good value .......unless another order error?

There are ok but really be aware of pack size as the phot for a pack of 5 is the large bag of coconut halves which is deceptive! Takes advantage of people not so clear on what they are buying. £9.99 for 5 is also pretty damn expensive so will not be buying these again

..and they’re also attracting more birds than ever to our garden. Vital high calorie food in winter, vital when nesting and vital for growing young. We have pretty much every type of tit now living in our garden including my favourite, and it’s brought in beautiful, long-tailed tits who swarm our feeding station in the winter when they’re travelling in big groups but a couple of pairs stayed to raise their young too. We even have our first ever woodpecker that we didn’t even know we had in this area.

Sorry to say I was very disappointed,more than half fell out of the coconuts others weren't filled properly,not worth the money ,I expected them to fill the half coconutsit looks more slap dash ,I'll look else where when I need more .

I have bought half coconuts filled with suet for many years and decided that the positive reviews for this particular version warranted getting some.However when the 10 arrived in a tiny box I should have guessed there was something fishy about the advert!!!The coconuts are half the size of similar priced versions in garden centres so in effect I got 50% of what i was expecting not good - lesson learnt

The product itself is good , but the photo on the amazon web site , shows at least 15 in a pack.why don,t you have a photo with the correct amount in ? That is 5 .A little bit of an error.It won,t use the strong word of deceit,just mis leading. Please could you altar to the proper amount 5 pack.

Sparrows in my area with their young are very much into this, and no doubt some robins. All in all I didn’t have to hang this feeder to high up on branches for use, also I noticed that the drinking water left out for the birds has drops of residue from eating the suet feed out of coconut half and drinking water soon after and particles are found in the daily water container where they are probably also dipping their beaks into!Great product for me.
