shipping wasn't too bad, but the product is bad, i've had nothing but issues with the left ear bud, at first it wouldn't charge, then when it powers up it wont connect, then when it does the driver crackles and is so underpowered (in comparison to the right volume level) the the sound stage is very apparently biased to the right. And after all that the app wont let me EQ and is basically worthless. this product is garbage, i didn't get all the ear cups, the range is piss poor

This company is a racket. The device stops working after 2-3 months, and their "warranty" is a run around designed to get you to give up and move on. I highly recommend against them.

Poor quality. Does not last.

Right headphone has weak volume. Expensive junk do not waste time or money.
