Great for preventing blisters when hiking
Once i figured out how to apply the tape and remove the backing smoothing, this worked like a dream to prevent blisters on my feet while hiking. I've gone through a lot of boots and careful adjustment of them, but a 10 mile hike would still leave me with blisters in specific locations. Applying the Fixomull prior to hiking prevented them, as tested by a week of hiking 5-10 miles a day in the Dolomites.

Before I found out about Fixomull transparent dressing tape I use the regular wound tape ( paper, cloth, plastic you name it) for my husband wound,Those dressing tapes are hard on the skin. My husband end up with more random sores because of the dressing tape. When his insurrance finally approved an in home wound technician to take care his wound the tech wound used Fixomull transparent dressing tape and I loved it. Strong and easy to remove without tearing up the skin. Certainly recommend it.
