It looks like a decent enough product. A glass bottle with a lid (which might or might not retain water as one reviewer remarked - it feels quite flimsy.) but...Amazon seem to have become the more polished front end to eBay and wish. Looking at the digital presentation of this product, it looks as if you are getting a quality, branded product. In reality you get an unbranded cheaply produced product in a non descript white numbered box. Similar to the type of product you can buy in bulk (cheaper) on websites like wish etc.

The bottle is great and the sleeve is good too. I like the fact that they give you the cleaning kit too. However, the quality of the lid is disappointing. The liquid gets trapped between the plastic and metal parts of the lid. Bad bacteria and mould can form under the lid which comes in direct contact with the bottle, which then comes in direct contact with your mouth.

It's relatively lightweight for being made of glass, it's little holder is nice to the touch, and it's easy to keep clean. It's a bit on the small side, but that's my fault for buying the wrong size, not the fault of the company. We've had it for a couple months now and it has never leaked once, despite being carried in a shoulder bag at all angles. The shape is nice and easy to hold, and the mouth is just about wide enough for ice cubes and lemon slices. Definitely consider buying your next water bottle from a small company like this one rather than the big famous companies! Support small businesses!

I love my new bottle! I use mine for smoothies and it works perfectly. The cleaner is really handy for the cleaning if you don’t have a dish washer to get to all the hard to reach places.

Good water bottle. The issue though was the scent and oily residue it had when I first got it. It took a lot of dish soap and a few rounds of cleaning to get rid of the residue and a bit longer for the scent to be gone completely. Otherwise, it would've been perfect and got a 5 star review. The glass is thick and the sleeve protects it really well, so it's a good bargain.

Love this bottle, water doesn't have any weird aftertaste like metal or plastic has - awesome. Its a great idea that it has a cloth thingy on it, if it falls accidentally, it doesn't scratch or break. Very happy.

I love this glass bottle. The water tastes so much better and it comes with a very handy bottle brush cleaner. I would highly recommend this bottle
