Based on my previous review, they reached out to me and sent me a replacement. The new watch is perfect, so the other issue was just a flunk, as I expected.* * Old Review * *I like the watch, but it arrived broke. The retaining ring and spring for one of the buttons were gone, so the button would just pull right off. Fortunately, I have this style of watch before, well, slightly different but close enough that I could use it for spare parts.If you go to repair this watch, know that there are two batteries. The first big, one is for the digital watch, the second is for the analog watch.You need to unscrew the case (watch for the waterproofing gasket). Then unscrew the six screws for the next level. Tip: one screw is shorter for this level; I'm pretty sure is goes with the battery clip. The back layer and the circuit board pull out. IMPORTANT! Watch for the two rubber pads. Those innocuous things connect the circuit board to the light. Forget them and you just lost your night light. When you get to the analog components: STOP! The stem to set the time is pressed into place, so you can't pull it out without breaking it.If you need to fix the button, if you think you know what you're doing, you probably do know what to do. Just put the stuff in place. The challenge is working with the tiny components.

I really like the watch. The only problem is that it doesn't have a button for the light. I thought at first, since it didn't come with any instructions, that it just came with 3 buttons and didn't have a light, but then noticed the watch had a hole with no button in it. I really don't need a light that much, so will likely just fill up the hole with sealant, so dirt and water don't get in.Except for that fault the watch would deserve a 5 star rating.

Nice and light. replacement for an expensive name brand watch I had to send in for repair twice, now they say they can't get parts.Only the clasp of this watch is metal. the rest of the wristband is vinyl.You can see digital time in daytime without having to press a button.

My wrist is small, it's a little big for me. I took out several links with a sewing needle which is so easy. Perfect for me now.

A little big for a woman but I love it has all the features I needed for work.

Great Watch - Great Price

Good watch. Like the large digital display. Am a pilot and need to be able to see local and Zulu time. Watch band is solid and I like the safety latch.
