Calling all chefs and bakers.
I have previously purchased zesters/cheese graters similar but the blades were hard to clean and they didn't always grate the produce as desired. After having purchased the burger press/patty maker from this seller, I decided to go ahead and order this and I am extremely pleased I did. It comes in a beautiful box, and includes a cover which means storing is easy and safe. Its sturdy handle provides ease and comfort when using and takes half the time meaning I can quickly zest or grate several things at once. It's also so easy to clean, as it's dishwasher safe, however, I prefer to hand wash items like these to thoroughly clean. The blades are sharp and work perfectly whether your zesting lemon skins, chocolate or cinnamon for cakes, or just using to garnish desserts and cocktails etc. I highly recommend, especially if your a baker and love that it matches my patty maker.

Sharp,comfortable secure in hand
Very sharp be careful when first using.But it’s well made and comfortable and secure when holding Iv only used for cheese and it grated very fine 👍 I’m happy.I haven’t had call for orange or lemon zest in any of my recipes but I’m sure if did would perform admirably

I wouldn’t buy it again
Not as good as I had hoped. It greats Cheese fine but the cheese sticks to the inside and doesn’t fall free from the grater easily. Also it literally won’t great a lemon. No matter how hard I press on it the blades simply slide over the lemon.

Very sharp mind fingers when washing
Nice long grater so fingers are well out of the way please I brought this item have already told my daughter who said she would like one. I couldn’t believe how much rind from one lemon I got useing this grater pleased I found it when I needed a rind grater

Its OK but I don't think its stainless steel..
I only got this "ProChefional" for 2 pounds as an Addon item, so can't complain much, it feels as sharp as the expensive Microplane's. However I don't think it really is stainless steel because it does not stick to my knife magnet like everything else in my kitchen so it could be aluminium, in which case its not very healthy is it?

The Best!
This zester is the best I've used. Lovely and sharp. I use it for lemons, limes, Parmesan cheese, root ginger and nutmeg. Very good implement.

Very sharp-mind your fingertips!
The grater cuts very finely-great for harder cheeses etc. Which is why I bought this item. Also the price was extremely good compared to many similar models on the market.

Razor sharp
This is super sharp! It's great for grating, but be careful of the tips of your fingers (I took the top 2 layers of skin off). Makes short work of everything I have used on it.
