MAXXHAUL 70100 47" x 27-3/4" Aluminum Cargo Carrier with 40" Folding Ramp

box came and was beat up a bit, the side of the cargo was bent some had to adjust. with my truck the ramp was not long enough. I added a sheet of metal to the ramp and some grip tape. also added sheet of metal to base of cargo area due to wheels of PWC getting in between small squares. its decent... could use better. kinda wish I had bought a better/more expensive product.

Love the carrier for transporting 2 Segways. The shipment came to our house with box torn, and parts damaged or missing. A second carrier was quickly delivered but it also came damaged. We managed to salvage a complete carrier out of the two shipments and returned the unused parts.

The price is quite good but like other reviewers finding, I found the quality lacking. The tube has a lot of aluminum shavings inside and make rattling noise which bothers me. No missing parts. Overall, I like the look of this and no problems using it a few times.

So disappointed to find that the gap between the horizontal bars is so wide. No way is this going to work for my wheelchair, as the front and back stabilizing wheels get stuck in the gap. Sadly, it was already installed as a surprise, but I am still homebound untill we figure out a hack.

Great price, great fit. Light enough for me to lift and hook up. I am using it to tote push mower, power washer and related wheeled devices.I am already planning to take it on a boating trip to stow my inflatable kayaks, so they can drip dry on the outside of my vehicle for a change.I only had to drill out a couple of holes to line them up, no problem. Everything fit and works good.

good design. lots of hardware get yourself a power screw driver.

package came damaged. the item inside was also damaged. However, i could modify the damaged area slightly to make it work. In details, the damaged part where the bracing is supposed to be screwed in, got ripped off. I had to drill 2 other holes at a different location for the bracing. Also, the hole for the pin to make the ramp standing up dont allign. I had to drill to make the holes bigger to fit. Overall, the item works with modification.

Awfully bad packaging. The unit arrived damaged and missing some nuts, that probably fell through the torn bag in which they were, and through the huge holes in the box. Quality of the rack is less than expected. Plastic corner connectors (Yes, plastic!) were broken off. You can tell these units are built quickly by the amount of aluminium shavings around the holes and ends. Once repaired and reinforced with corner brackets, the unit seems sturdy enough to carry my snowblower on a short distance (half a mile), which is what I bought it for. I recommend it but do not put your expectations too high if you dont want to be disappointed.

The carrier is great and other than one hole alignment went together flawlessly. My only concern is that the hitch insert is a little short and when in the vehicles receiver does sit on a bit of an angle. Hauled our snowblower and it worked great - the ramp made loading and unloading very easy. Very happy overall.

box arrived damage little bite , 2 part missing , but was easy to built and work good......just trying to have the company to send me those part

Great price and useful to carry anything, I use it to carry my wheelchair but it can be used for almost anything wheeled or not.
