This shirt is not a good choice if your desire is to constrain belly fat, love handles or extreme 'man boobs.' I've been wearing compression shirts for the last 10 years. I first started wearing them because I was 30-40 pounds overweight and I wanted to look better in my casual and business attire. Other more expensive brands do what they are supposed to do; bring in your stomach, hide the love handles and compress the 'man boobs.'When I dropped from 230 to 170lbs I continued to wear compression shirts. Why? They have a comforting feel under clothing and they make casual and formal shirt look great - even if you are not over weight.This shirt is minor league. Do not buy if you are overweight or need serious compression.This are fine for people (like me NOW) who are their ideal weight and simply want to look 'better' with their shirt on. It's a fine slim fitting t-shirt, but it is not a compression shirt. Also, the collar is thick and often shows through on thinner more casual shirts. Since the neck line is low (for concealment), the collar bulge looks odd on thin shirts.

Female wearing this shirt intended for Men. I ordered a M as I am 5'5" 160lbs, fit is perfect. Wanted a tight shirt to wear under my standard swimsuit for modesty. Works great- does not chafe (except a little in the armpits as expected), neckline is a nice shape to go with a swimsuit, and the sleeve length is long enough that it doesn't roll or bunch a whole lot. Stretchy material but stays stiff and tight like I need it to.

More like a tight t-shirt ... zero slimming qualities. I hated t-shirts my entire life because they bunch up, constrict movement or just add bulk to my girth. I'm not big, but not small either. So my entire life consisted of buying non-white shirts where a t-shirt would not be needed. With these, I can use them as a t-shirt under dress shirts and wear white for the first time in forever. Because they cling to your skin, they don't bunch up. They are thin so nothing bulky to contend with. For me, a great t-shirt. But it's nothing a compression shirt wouldn't do. I got these hoping for some slimming features and because they are solid white (who brand logos or stripes). So my "it's okay" rating is completely accurate. If you want a shirt that compresses muscles but doesn't slim, it's a good buy.

I've been using their tank/vest version for the past year and love them so figured I'd give this one a try. The vest version provides way more support. Plus the sizing is off. I order the the vest in XL and it provides great support/compression. I ordered this one in a L and the stomach area provides mild compression and the chest area fits more like a fitted shirt. I'm 5'7 145 pounds and I found that this fits perfectly. It's definitely tight, but that's what I wanted. It solves a few of my problems. I needed something that compresses my chest, isn't visible with a t shirt or button down over it, and isn't awfully embarrassing to wear when I'm taking my shirt off. A lot of the other solutions don't solve all 3 and this one does.My only issue is the grey is more of a brown. Not a fan of the color.

Material quality and look are excellent. I'm 5.4ft 140lbs. I bought size M and it fit me well for undershirt (see picture).About compression, I will said it's from light to medium, but don't expect it too much.But $15 for an undershirt is a bit high, I took off 1 star for it.Do I recommend it? Yes.

Really like this product - ordered another one. I don't have much in the way of extra pounds to hide or compress, but I was looking for an undershirt that was virtually invisible under my work shirts - and that's exactly what I got.I have a Calvin Klein Core Sculpt undershirt, but even the V-neck is pretty high and shows above my shirt if I'm not wearing a tie. What I REALLY like about this shirt is it's low neck line, which means you can even have a very open neck summer shirt on and not see the undershirt. I ordered the large (my regular t-shirt size), and it really is a tight fit, which to great for posture, but I've gone up to XL on my next order.The only trade-off you'll have to make is that it can get quite hot under there - purely because it's so close to the skin.I would certainly recommend this product if you're looking for an invisible undershirt or to constrain a few extra pounds.

Nice shirt, it does what its made for, gives you a slimmer shape, I have a little pooch and it tucks it in good, so when I wear slim fitted clothing over it, it shows well. I dont really feel any hotter in it like some other folks mentioned here. Only thing is that I would like for the bottom part of it to stay low around my lower waist and it keeps sliding upwards. One of the reasons I bought it was to have something tight around my lower back to provide support. Overall Good product, I would use it in hot or cold weather
