Affordable and does it job. Great for beginners and family baker. It's quite sturdy and smooth, not fragile at all.

The product was very useful. It did break after the first time I used it but easily can be fixed. Supre helpful for when frosting a cake. Overall would purchase again.

Great value for the amateur baker who needs a cake decorating stand. Made of sturdy plastic, so I wouldn't put a large wedding cake on it, but has done well for my heavy cakes up to 12".

I'm not a professional baker so I purchased the plastic version for the occasional birthday cake I bake. I like it! Perhaps the heavy-duty metal cake stand has a continual spin, but I did find myself wishing the plastic one continued to spin rather than me continually having to turn it.All in all, I did like using it and will be using it more often

This is an inexpensive turntable for basic, generic cake decorating. I use the word "inexpensive" as opposed to "cheap." Yes, it is made of plastic, it is light weight, and it is made in china. But for the money you pay this turntable delivers the quality as you would expect so it is not "cheap", rather, inexpensive.Having said that, the problem with this product is that it lack a non-stick bottom, and it has no "stop." When you are decorating cake you will be pushing and spinning. If your counter top is slippery, you will need a non-stick mat to help hold the turntable in place. This is a 1-star reduction. It takes only about $1 more to get a similar product with rubber feet that will hold the turntable in place. This is a strong point to consider in a turntable--the non-stick base is a key element of performance.Secondly, it has no way to stop the turn table. When you are decorating (say making a flower or putting lettering on the cake) you want the cake to sit still, right? Again, for $1 more you get a similar product that has a switch to stop the turning. This is an "ah-ha" moment for many of us. So a 1-star deduction for lacking a Stop feature.I would suggest you go with the Wilton turntable (do a search) and find that for about $1 or $2 you get the two key feature I mentioned.

This cake topper is simple and straightforward and has a full rotation mechanism. Not the most glamorous item but fantastic if you simply place it on the white tablecloth I want to lift your cake up overall it was a goodbye because of the price.

I bought the plastic version of the turntable because I wanted a cost-effective option. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged. The photo shows that one of the steel balls which helps the table turn is missing and there is also a crack in the plastic. It is still functional, but sadly, due to the damage, it wasn't what I was expecting as it doesn't turn very smoothly :( I would avoid ordering the plastic product.

This cake stand does exactly what it's suppose to do. It turns smoothly and has a rubber ring around the base to grip the counter so it doesn't slide. I'm glad I didn't purchase a more expensive one because this one works!

Its nice and worth for the money I paid. We can use as cake stand and also to make cake, big enough in size and hight. I liked it

The thing that is good about this product is that it is worth the price, it is affordable and cheap. It turns nicely and it isn't too wobbly, but the thing that disappointed me was that it does have a bit shakiness to it. I was also expecting the turntable to be of better plastic quality. When I purchased the item, there was a blue plastic at the bottom of the turntable and it's very convenient to avoid constant moving when doing your cake. It sometimes does move when I turn it without anything on top, but if you add your cake ontop it probably won't move. Overall, I do recommend this product to beginners that are beginning to frost/decorate cakes.

Product sold in india is pathetic. Packing is poor and plate got bend. Doesn't rotate and gets stuck. The hottom ball racer arrangement is damaged
