Summit To Eat Chicken Tikka With Rice Big Pack

I have used Summit to Eat Meals for over a year Wildcamping and normally love them.This product was ruined by the instructions saying to fill to line A, do not follow this, I was left with a soupy mess.I will happily continue to buy Summit To Eat meals except the bigger packets.

The only thing wrong about this, was the freeze dried chiken. 1, there was hardly any chicken (4 bits in mine) and 2 even after "cooking" they were still pretty much frozen (crunchy).Kind of a toss up between these and Wayfayrer. These are super light but you need water to 'cook' them, negating the weight saving. Wayfayrer you can eat cold or boil in the bag, then use the hot water for a cuppa tea. Either way you'll love it.

This product did what it states, it’s light easy to make and ideal for hiking - camping . I didn’t enjoy eating it though. For me it lacked flavour.
